The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Miła Street, Approximately 525 M Long From Ul. Asnyka To Ul. Konopnickiej With Intersections As Part Of The Investment Task No. 2025/01 Entitled: Comprehensive Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads In Street Quarters - Ix Quarter (Ul. Kolejowa, Ul. Lotników Alianckich, Ul. M. Konopnicka, Ul. Miła).2. The Design Work Should Include, Among Others: A) Preparation Of A Comprehensive Road Reconstruction Project In Terms Of Construction, Road Surfaces Adapted To Public Transport Traffic, Exits, Roadsides, B) Sidewalks For Pedestrians, C) Bicycle Path Within The Pedestrian Route Or In The Road, D) Parameters Of Intersections, Taking Into Account The Passability Of Buses In All Relations Of The Developed Roads And With Existing Roads On Which Public Transport Vehicles Will Travel, E) Execution Exits/Crossings To Roads Designated In The Local Development Plan, F) Designing A Drainage System For The Road, G) An Industry Study Involving The Reconstruction Of Conflicts With The Road System, H) Designing A Street Lighting System In Led Technology, I) Building Bus Stops And Shelters With Bays Or In The Road, J) Connecting The Designed Road To The Elevations Of The Surface Of Adjacent Streets, And Exits, K) The Designed Longitudinal Sections Of Sidewalks Should Be Profiled In A Way That Ensures Smooth Passage Of Pedestrians Through Intersections And Exits, L) A Conceptual Design Must Be Submitted For Approval Within Two Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Provide An Opinion On The Presented Solution Within 14 Days, M) Obtaining The Necessary Agreements (If Necessary Also With The Owners Of The Plots), Including Industry Agreements Along The Route Of The Designed Road With Accompanying Devices In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, N) If Necessary - Obtaining Derogations From Technical And Construction Regulations, O) Obtaining A Positive Opinion Of Entities Designated To Organize And Implement Public Transport: - Komunikacja Miejskiej Łomianki Sp. Z O. O., - Public Transport Authority In Warsaw, P) If It Is Found Within The Planned Investment (In Particular Within Roadside Trees Intended To Be Removed) The Occurrence Of Species Of Plants, Fungi And Animals That Are The Subject Of Legal Protection, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Materials Necessary To Obtain Decisions Allowing Derogations From Applicable Prohibitions Within The Meaning Of Art. 51, 52 And 56 Of The Nature Conservation Act And Obtain The Necessary Consents (Derogation Decisions) Allowing Derogations From The Prohibitions Applicable To Protected Species.
