1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Conservation Of Movable Monuments [Conservation Of Fabrics] As Part Of The Task Entitled: Creating New Exhibitions In The Literary Museum In Nałęczów, A Branch Of The National Museum In Lublin In Order To Build A Cultural Center Of Social Activity.2. The Subject Of The Order (Fabric Conservation) Is: 2.1. Carrying Out Conservation Work On Historic Fabrics, Including Wet Or Chemical Cleaning, Removal Of Deformations, Repairs, Repairs Of Tears, Linings, Removal Of Darnings, Securing Moth Holes With The Needle Method On The Substrate, Maintenance Of Tailors Labels, Securing The Edges With The Needle Method, Strengthening Defects On A New Substrate, Removing Rust From Metal Elements, Merging Tears, Conservation Touch-Ups, Doubling Pieces Of Clothing And Others Necessary To Perform Comprehensive Maintenance Of Facilities.2.2. Development Of A Program Of Conservation Works By The Contractor Within 30 Days Of Receiving The Museum Objects.2.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 6 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To The Swz.2.4. The Contractor Provides Packaging Materials (Tyvek, Bubble Wrap, Non-Woven Fabric, Adhesive Tape, Cardboard) And Staff For Packing The Objects, Removing Them From The Museum Rooms And Loading Them, And After Conservation, Unloading And Placing The Museum Objects In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Museum Items Must Be Packed Using Appropriate, Safe Materials Intended For Securing Historic Objects. 2.5. Conservation Works Performed By The Contractor Will Be Subject To Continuous Verification By The Ordering Party, The Conservation Commission And An Independent Expert, To Which The Contractor Consents. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Must Present, Among Others, The Current Scope Of Work And Materials Used For Maintenance.2.6. During The Storage Of Objects By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect The Correctness Of Their Storage And The Conditions In Which They Are Stored; In Order To Enable The Exercise Of This Right, The Contractor Is Obliged To Allow Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party To Inspect The Above-Mentioned Rooms At Their Request.2.7. Conservation Work Should Be Performed With The Greatest Care And To The Highest Standard, In Accordance With The Art Of Conservation, Applicable Principles And Legal Regulations, And On Time.2.8. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Full Documentation Of The Performed Maintenance Of The Facilities, Including A Descriptive And Photographic Part. The Documentation Must Be Prepared In 2 Copies In Paper Form And 2 Copies In Electronic Form. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Standards For Documentation Of Conservation Works A
