The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a sole source change order with Morpho USA/Idemia for $4,773,012.98. Additional funding needed for increased drivers license card printing due to Real ID requirements of IL citizens. The change order is germane to the original contract and not reasonably foreseen at the time of contract execution. Please see attached Sole Source Justification Form for more details.
