Public Service Contract For The Maintenance Of High Voltage Cabins In Establishments Of The Ministry Of The French Community/Wbe Located In The Province Of Hainaut In Accordance With The Conditions Of This Contract. Services Relating To An Establishment/Building May Be Terminated Upon Notification By Registered Letter Sent 3 (Three) Months Before The End Of Services In The Said Establishment, When It Is Decommissioned Or When Its Management Is Entrusted To A Third Party, Whose Staff Is Not Employed By The French Community/Wbe. The Conclusion Of The Contract On The Basis Of These Specifications Does Not Give The Service Provider Any Monopoly. The Administration May, Even During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract, Have Services Identical Or Similar To Those Described In These Specifications Carried Out By Other Service Providers Or By Its Own Services. The Service Provider Cannot Therefore Assert Any Right To Compensation.
