The Municipality Of Lampa, Calls For A Public Proposal For The Contracting Related To The Emergency Intervention Project Via El Taqueral, Commune Of Lampa, According To Administrative And Technical Requirements, The Current Regulations On Public Procurement, Law 19,886 And Its Regulations, Decree No. 661 Of The Ministry Of Finance, General Instructions No. 6/2024, Issued By The Court For The Defense Of Free Competition. In This Competition, The Work Considers The Intervention Of Deep Patching Of 300 M2 And Milling And Asphalt Resurfacing Of 364 M2 According To The Ide Structure Of The Serviu Paving And Rainwater Manual. Processing Before Serviu Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor According To Instructions Regularized By Serviu. The Structure Is As Follows, It Will Be For Local Type Roads And According To The Ide Or Ipe Method, 1. For Deep Patching It Will Be Asphalt Layer Esp.=0.04M Base E=0.20M, For 2. Resurfacing And Milling Of Asphalt Pavement (Case2), Asphalt Layer Esp.= 0.05M Base E=0.05M, All According To Serviu Type Planimetry For Each Of The Cases. However, The Offeror Must Comply With Everything Established In The Technical Specifications Of This Contest, In Order To Comply With What Is Required. Without Prejudice To The Foregoing, It Is Established That, In Accordance With Article 43 Of The Public Procurement Regulations, This Public Tender Will Be Carried Out In Two Stages.
