The Assignment Includes Providing Assistance In The Field Of Guidance And Reporting In The Implementation Of Risk Analyzes At Installation Level, Both Periodic Revisions And New Projects. The Risk Analysis Technique Used Is Tailored To The Nature Of The Installations, The Techniques Used Are Hazop And Swift. During The Risk Analysis, The Risk Matrix, Drawn Up By Belgoprocess, Is Used To Assess The Risks In Three Steps. The First Time Without Taking The Existing Measures Into Account (Naked Risk), The Second Time Taking The Existing Measures Into Account. If The Measures In Place Are Not Sufficient To Reduce The Risk To An Acceptable Level, Recommendations Are Formulated. A Risk Assessment Is Then Carried Out Again To Demonstrate That The Recommendations Reduce The Risk To An Acceptable Level. The Scope Of The Project Includes: Carrying Out Process Risk Analyzes With - Making A Chair Available To Supervise The Hazop/Swift Sessions - Making A Secretary Available For Reporting - Delivering Hazop/Swift Reports. In Order To Demonstrate That A Thorough Risk Evaluation Has Been Carried Out, A Complete Report Must Be Made. The Reporting Must Consist Of The Description Of The Methodology Used, The Description Of The Study Subject, The Study Period, The Attendance List, An Overview Of The Documents Used, The Complete Worksheets And A List Of Recommendations (Including The Risk Assessment). The Reporting Must Be Done In An Electronic Format (Ms Office, Preferably Word And Excel) That Can Be Used By Belgoprocess For Further Follow-Up.
