The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Rental Of 3 Trucks Of Category N2 Without An Operator, Including The Provision Of Related Services, With The Suppliers Commitment To The Possibility Of Subsequent Purchase Of The Vehicle Into The Ownership Of The Contracting Authority. Before The End Of The Lease, The Client Will Carry Out A Detailed Inspection Of The Vehicle And Evaluate Whether It Is Interested In Acquiring Ownership Of The Vehicle. After That, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled, On The Basis Of The Future Purchase Contract, To Invite The Supplier To Conclude A Purchase Contract For The Vehicle/Vehicles, While The Supplier Is Obliged To Accept The Invitation To Conclude The Purchase Contract.
