This Concerns A Government Contract For The Contracting Of Services With The Object Of The Spatial And Architectural Study For A New Building Located Along Walter Luytenplein And Gasbakstraat, Plot 67, 68 And 69. In Addition To The Architectural Contract, The Following Services Are Delivered: Special Techniques Study (Including Energy Audit, Fire Protection, Acoustics Study, Etc.), Stability Study, Study On The Energy Performance And The Indoor Climate Of Buildings (Epc), Safety And Health Coordination, Ventilation Reporting. The Design Team Is Responsible For: 1. The Preparation Of The Complete Design (Sketch, Preliminary Design, Final Design) 2. The Preparation Of A Tender-Ready File (Plans, Bill Of Quantities, Etc.) 3.
