For Storing, Processing And Monitoring Cases, Their Processing Stages, Procedures And Documents. The Whole Also Includes A Data Control Solution That Controls The Life Cycle Of The Case And The Document, As Well As Electronic Signature Functionality As A So-Called System Signature. The Package Also Includes Electronic Archiving Before Transferring The Materials To The Actual Long-Term Storage, As Well As A Contact Information Register And Publication Management. In Addition, The Overall Solution Must Take Into Account Information Security, The Requirements For Processing Security-Classified Material (Properties Corresponding To Tl Iv Level) As Part Of The Whole, And Data Protection And The Requirements Related To It. Suomi.Fi Integration Is Implemented As Part Of Smoothing Electronic Transactions. This Enables Strong Identification Of The Customer In The Electronic Transaction Channel (Suomi.Fi Identification), Communication With Authorities And Evidential Notification Primarily Electronically (Suomi.Fi Messages; If Necessary On Paper Via The Tkj Service), And Possibly Authorized Transactions On Behalf Of The Authorizer (Suomi.Fi Authorizations). (Tkj Service Means Postis Printing, Peeling And Delivery Service) The Case Handling System Is A Unified Software Solution For The Industrys Mainly Administrative Tasks, With The Exception Of Processing Information Requests, Which Contain A Significant Amount Of Customer And Patient Data. The Service Includes Software Implementation And Application Support Services. The Solution Delivered As A Saas Service Covers Platforms, Servers, Maintenance Of Systems And Integrations, Backups, Monitoring, Version Updates And Data Protection Settings In Accordance With Gdpr, Laws And The Data Protection Requirements Of The Main Agreement.
