The Lifting Of The Transport Cranes And Rotors Onto The Contractors Transport Equipment In The Operational Area Of The Paks Nuclear Power Plant, As Well As Their Lowering In The Operational Area Of The Paks Nuclear Power Plant, Is Carried Out By The Customers Specialists. 2.1.4. During The Delivery Of The Rotor Parts, The Customer Secures The Rotor Parts In The Buckets According To Drawing Number Kg-11562. 2.1.5. The Execution Of The Task - Balancing - Takes Place At The Contractors Premises, Under The Continuous Technical Control Of The Customers Representatives. 2.1.6. At The Contractors Site, After The Removal Of The Rotor Parts, The Contractor Visually Inspects The Solder Joints Of The Bandage Pipes And Spacer Rings. In The Event Of An Error, He Will Repair The Soldering According To The Repair Technology Provided By The Customer. 2.1.7. Balancing Weights Are Provided By The Customer. 2.1.8. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Provide The Necessary Bearings, Drive Connection And Other Tools For The Execution Of The Balancing Work. 2.1.9. The Customer Provides The Opportunity To Take The Dimensions Necessary For The Production Of The Drive Connection In The Paks Nuclear Power Plant Plant Area, After The Removal Of The Rotor Parts, From The 5Th Calendar Day Before The Delivery Of The 1St Rotor Part. 2.1.10. At 3,000 Rpm, The Rotors Must Be Balanced To A Level That Allows Over-Revving At 3,360 Rpm. The One-Minute Overspeed Must Be Performed At An Overspeed Protection Value Of 3360 Rpm. 2.1.11. After The Last Balancing, The Value Of The Bearing Vibration At 3000 Rpm Should Not Exceed 2.8Μm During Rotation, And At The Overspeed Protection Speed Should Not Exceed 10Μm According To Iso 1940-1 G1 Or Equivalent Standard. 2.1.12. After Balancing, The Dynamic Reaction Force Of The Bearings At 3,000 Rpm Cannot Be Greater Than 2,000 N. 2.1.13.
