Helsingin Kaupunktilat Oy (Procurement Entity Or Customer) Hereby Establishes A Dynamic Furniture Procurement System (Dps) And Requests Applications For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System. The Products Subject To Dps May Contain Various Furniture Products/Outdoor And Indoor Goods According To The Needs Of The Procurement Unit. Products That Can Be Purchased Through Dps Can Be: Stalls, Sales Units And Cabins • Temporary Roofs • Stalls • Sales Units • Cabins • Containers Outdoor, Event And Indoor Furniture • Tents • Sunshades • Shades • Other Public Space Furniture And Products For Outdoor And Indoor Spaces O Living Room Furniture O Benches And Seats O Movable Fences And Room Dividers O Green Decoration Products, Dishes And Pots O Childrens Furniture O Garbage Containers O Signage And Notification Showcases O Advertising Devices And Stands (Not Digital) O Signage • Other Similar Urban Space Solutions Products Can Be Acquired For Rent Or Purchased For Ownership By The Procurement Unit. Products Can Be So-Called Catalog Products And Customizable/Made-To-Order Products. The Purchase May Also Include The Installation Of The Products. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Two-Stage. In The First Step, Service Providers Apply To The Procurement System By Submitting A Participation Application. You Can Apply To The Dynamic Procurement System Throughout Its Validity Period, Unless The System Has Been Temporarily Closed. All Applicants Who Meet The Eligibility Requirements Are Accepted Into The System. In The Second Phase, The Procurement Unit Makes Purchases As Internal Tenders Of The Established Dynamic Procurement System. Tenders Within The System Are Carried Out As Entities According To The Needs Of The Procurement Unit. Purchases Are Made Within The Dynamic Procurement System With Separate Tender Requests. Applying To The System Does Not Mean Direct Participation In Tendered Procurements, But After Acceptance, The Tenderer Must Separately Submit An Offer To Open Tenders. Contract-Specific Requirements, Descriptions And Other Documents Can Be Seen At The Time Of The Opening Of The Bidding Process For Operators Accepted Into The Dynamic System. Acceptance To The Dynamic Procurement System Does Not Bind The Applicant. The Applicant Can Choose Which Competitions Organized Within The System They Participate In. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Valid Until 31 December 2031. The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Shorten Or Extend The Validity Of The System With A New Procurement Notice. The Amounts Are Estimates That Are Not Binding On The Procurement Unit. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Any Procurement Quantities Or Quantity Purchase Obligations With This Announcement.
