Of The German Commercial Code (Hgb), Including The Audit Of The Management Report And The Implementation Of Hospital-Specific Audits And Certificates (In Particular Funding, Training Fund, Nursing And Structural Audits). The Consolidated Financial Statements Should Also Be Audited. Another Part Of The Order Is The Examination Of The Correctness Of The Management In Accordance With Section 53 Hgrg. The Auditor Is Appointed For The Financial Years 2026, 2027, 2028 And Optionally 2029 (Extension Option Of The Client), Taking Into Account The Legal Requirements For Auditor Rotation.
