Security, Fire-Fighting, Police And Defense Equipment – ​​“Full Omnium” Rental Of Fire Detection Installations And Maintenance Of Gas Detection. The Purpose Of This Supply Contract Concerns: 1. Removal Of Existing Installations. The Removal And Decommissioning Of Existing Fire Detection Installations, Including In Particular: Fire Detection Panels, Fire Detectors, Non-Compliant Wiring (See List In Appendix E). 2. Rental With “Full Omnium” Maintenance Of New Installations Includes:  The Installation Of New Fire Detection Central Units, Connected To A Centralized Management Platform;  The Installation Of Fire Detectors Compatible With These Central Units;  The Installation Of Fire Alarm Triggers Connected To Sirens Which Must Be Connected To A Centralized Management Platform  The Installation Of Interconnected Fire Detectors, 3. The Maintenance Of Existing Gas Installations, Which Must Be Connected And Interfaced With The New Central Units Fire Detection Systems Referred To In Points 2. “Full Omnium” Maintenance Includes:  The Maintenance, Repairs, Replacement And Troubleshooting Of The Fire And Gas Detection Installations Necessary For The Optimal Operation Of The Installations (Tenant Safety)  The Inspection Of The Fire And Gas Installations  The Visit Of An Approved Inspection Body Independent Of The Successful Bidder Each Time This Proves Necessary In View Of The Legislation In Force - Excludes Vandalism (See Details In Csc 4). The Equipment And Services Will Comply With The Legislation And Standards In Force As Well As All Its Subsequent Modifications. 5. The Successful Bidder Assumes Full Responsibility To Ensure That The Installations Are In Perfect Working Order Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
