Horticultural Services – Maintenance Of Housing Estate Green Areas. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Ordering Party Will Commission The Service Of Permanent, Ongoing Maintenance Of Publicly Accessible Urban Green Areas And The Złotoryski Forest In Legnica Within 21 Months From Signing The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Greenery And Sanitary And Orderly Maintenance Of Approximately 15.41 Ha Of An Area In 22 Locations Located In The City Of Legnica And Approximately 46 Ha Of The Area Of The Złotoryjski Forest. The Subject Of The Order Is Gardening And Cleaning Works To Be Carried Out In Public Green Areas Of The Estate And The Złotoryski Forest. Gardening Works Planned In The Housing Estate Green Areas Include: Mowing Lawns And Maintaining Them At A Representative Level; Planting Medium And Tall Greenery And Maintaining It; Planting And Dividing Perennials And Ornamental Grasses And Maintaining Them; Shaping Hedges, Forming Clusters Of Bushes, Cutting Out Suckers And Self-Sowing Plants; Timely Performance Of Seasonal Works, I.E. Autumn Collection/Raking And Removal Of Leaves From Green Areas And Squares, Winter Maintenance Of Traffic Routes, Spring Care And Aeration Of Lawn Surfaces, Installation Of Seasonal Flowers And Supplementation Of Year-Round Floral Plans Along With Their Further Care, Summer Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Order, Ongoing Removal Of Windbreaks And Fallen Branches From The Areas Covered By The Contract, And Spraying In Public Areas. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Clear The Edges Of The Alleys/Sidewalks From Growing Grass And Subject The Alley Surfaces To Maintenance By Rolling. The Contractor Will Pay Special Attention To Maintaining Cleanliness And Leveling The Ground Around Benches, Garbage Cans And Lamps, And Will Carry Out Cleaning Work Consisting Of Emptying Garbage Bins And Collecting Loose Waste Found In The Areas. Additionally, The Contractor Will Carry Out Maintenance Of Small Architectural Elements. The Subject Of The Order To Be Performed In The Złotoryja Forest Is Gardening, Technical And Cleaning Works To Be Performed In The Municipal Złotoryja Forest. Work Consisting Of, Among Others: Mowing Lawns With Raking And Removing The Obtained Material, Raking/Blowing Leaves From Bicycle Paths, Maintaining Cleanliness, Including The Cleanliness Of Clearings And Around Ponds, Emptying Waste Bins, Making Technical Cuts To Remove Interference From The Insulating Green Belt, Cutting Down Self-Seeding Trees And Shrubs, Cutting Down Undesirable Plants Of Foreign Origin, Preparing Running Routes Before Planned Events On In The Forest, Repairing Damaged Elements Of Small Architecture, Painting Baskets, Washing Regulation Boards, Clearing Overgrown Paths, Removing Arbitrarily Made Singletrack Bicycle Jumps.
