Load-Bearing Structure Design Services – Structural Planning For The Modernization Of The Hwk Educational Academy. The Ulm Chamber Of Crafts Intends To Comprehensively Modernize The Ulm Education Academy At Köllestraße 55 In 89077 Ulm. The Measure Includes Partial Demolition, Modernization And New Construction Of The Existing Building. A Funding Application Should Be Submitted For The Project. The Basic Eligibility For Funding Was Confirmed By The Federal Office Of Economics And Export Control (Bafa) And The State Of Baden-Württemberg. The Basis For Further Planning And Implementation Is The Project Outline From The Architectural Firm Wolf, Heidenheim, Which Was Awarded The Contract For The Property Planning Of The Building As Part Of A Europe-Wide Procurement Process (Vgv). The Subject Of This Award Procedure Are Structural Planning Services In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai 2021. The Basic Services Of Service Phases 2 To 6 In Accordance With Hoai As Well As Special Services, If Applicable, Are Commissioned. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages, Initially Up To And Including Service Phase 3; Further Service Phases Are Transferred Optionally And Depending On The Funding Commitment And Project Progress. As Part Of The Planning, The Requirements Of The Funding Providers Must Be Taken Into Account Comprehensively, Especially With Regard To Energy Efficiency, Sustainable Building Concepts And The Use Of Renewable Energies. These Include, Among Other Things: Integral Energy Concepts, The Optimization Of System Efficiency And The Use Of Modern Building Automation. The Contractor Must Clearly Distinguish Between Eligible And Ineligible Measures And Present Them Transparently. Experience In Dealing With Funding Is Therefore An Important Selection Criterion. The Planning Is Carried Out In Close Coordination With The Property Planning And Other Specialist Planning, Especially The Technical Equipment (Hls And Elt). Special Requirements Arise From Planning In Existing Buildings, Integration Into Existing Supporting Structures And From Section-By-Section Implementation During Ongoing Operations. The Project Schedule (See Also Chapter 1.7) Is As Follows: • Start Of Planning: June 2026 • Completion Of Preliminary Planning (Lph 2): October 2026 • Completion Of Draft Planning (Lph 3): June 2027 • Application For Funding Based On Cost Calculation (Din 276) • Grant Notification: Expected At The End Of 2027 • Start Of Construction: At The End Of 2028 • Completion: 2032/2033 Target The Aim Of The Project Is To Create A Sustainable Educational Location For Skilled Trades Training And Further Education.
