The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of Construction Works, Including, Among Others, The Expansion, Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Poznań Palm House And Construction Of A Garage For The Poznań Palm House Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure (Including The Construction Of Rainwater Tanks, Retention And Infiltration Tanks, A Power Generator) And Land Development (Including Small Architecture), Construction Of A Water Supply Connection, Demolition Of The Café Building With A Connector To Pavilion No. Investment In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Annexes, Including The Contract Template. 2.
