Tenders are invited for Supply of Psychological Support Equipment. Special Conditions : ·Prices are in US dollars and do not include VAT. ·Provide an official invoice that does not include VAT. ·A valid withholding certificate must be provided for invoices exceeding 2500 shekels. Failure to do so will result in the association deducting 10 % in accordance with the provisions of Income Tax Law No. 8 of 2011 and its 2015 amendments. ·The association is not obligated to offer the lowest prices ·Delivery within one week from the date of the purchase order and signing of the contract. ·Any of the terms can be cancelled ·All items listed in the bill of quantities must be priced. ·Unit price depends ·The quantity is subject to increase or decrease. ·Quality control for the required items ·The price includes delivery in Deir al-Balah city. ·The prices must be valid for a period of no less than 60 days from the date of submission of the bid . ·The association is not obligated to accept the lowest prices without giving reasons. ·The association has the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons. ·The advertising price will be determined by the winning bidder. ·Payment via bank transfer is due upon receipt and completion of all official supply procedures within a maximum period of 45 days. ·The deadline for submitting price quotations is Monday, April 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the associations headquarters in Gaza City, at the beginning of Yarmouk Street, opposite the Directorate of Education, West Gaza.
