Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Tomato Processing Equipment. The Nolol-Wanaag Project (NWP) Resilient Communities and Livelihoods Initiative is implemented in Baidoa (Bay Region) and Kismayo (Lower Juba Region). The project aims to enhance economic opportunities and resilience for vulnerable populations through livelihood support, entrepreneurship, and value chain development. A key component of the project focuses on strengthening agricultural value chains, particularly through: · Establishment of new value addition enterprises in Baidoa, including tomato processing · Strengthening of an existing tomato processing enterprise in Kismayo This intervention addresses: · High post-harvest losses · Limited local processing capacity · Low income opportunities for farmers and vulnerable groups To achieve this, GIRD invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of tomato processing equipment. 4.1 Supply of Equipment · Supply all equipment listed in the BOQ (Annex 1) · Ensure equipment meets required specifications and capacity 4.2 Delivery · Deliver equipment to: o Baidoa (full plant equipment) o Kismayo (specific equipment only see below) 4.3 Installation & Commissioning · Install all supplied equipment on-site · Conduct testing and ensure functionality · Ensure compliance with safety standards 4.4 Technical Support · Provide short-term technical support for: o Equipment setup o Initial operation guidance · Ensure machines are ready for immediate use 4.5 Electrical and Plumbing Works · Supply and install required electrical and plumbing materials · Ensure full system integration for operations Tender Link : https://somalijobs.com/tenders
