Adult And Other Education Services – Ordered Trainings That Qualify You As An Early Childhood Education Social Worker. The Procurement Ring Formed By The Cities Of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku And Oulu (Later The Six Cities) Procures Social Worker Degree Training For The Period Between 1 September 2026 And 31 December 2032, Which Will Qualify Them As Early Childhood Education Sociologists. The Procurement Is An Educational Service Procurement According To Appendix E. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Prevent A Shortage Of Highly Educated Personnel In Early Childhood Education In The Six Cities. Purchased Custom Trainings Are Arranged As Multi-Format Trainings Carried Out Alongside Work, Where The Studies Consist Of Local And Distance Learning, Independent Study And Internships. Face-To-Face Teaching Should Be On Average Two Days A Month, And Real-Time Distance Teaching Should Be On Average 3-4 Times A Month. A More Detailed Description Of The Services To Be Procured Can Be Found In Appendix 1. Local Education Groups Can, Where Appropriate, Be Combined With Possible Undergraduate Or Multi-Modal Education Groups Of The Service Provider Or Its Possible Subcontractor In The Locality. Remote And Online Teaching Is Organized Simultaneously For Employees In All Six Cities And Can Be Combined With The Service Providers Corresponding Undergraduate Or Multi-Modal Training. Individual Universities Of Applied Sciences Or Groupings Formed By Several Universities Of Applied Sciences, Whose Educational Task Specified In Their Business License Includes The Organization Of Degree Training For A Social Worker Qualifying As A Social Worker In Early Childhood Education, Can Participate In The Tender. The Contract Period Is Valid From 1 September 2026 To 31 December 2032. Each Of The Six Cities Makes An Independent Procurement Decision And Enters Into An Independent Contract With The Selected Service Providers. It Is Planned To Organize Two Implementations Of The Order Trainings To Be Acquired. The First Implementation Will Be Launched During The Spring Or Autumn Of 2027. A Possible Second Implementation Will Be Launched During The Spring Or Autumn Of 2028. More Precise Study Start Times And Other Schedules Will Be Agreed Separately With The Subscriber And The Service Providers. Procurements Are Dependent On The Project Grant Granted For The Organization Of Custom Trainings. The Customer Does Not Commit To Any Specific Purchase Quantity. The Expected Total Value Of The Acquisition Without Value Added Tax Is Approximately 2,200,000 Euros. The Total Value Of The Procurement Is Distributed Among The Cities In The Procurement Ring According To The Number Of Students In Each City.
