1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities And Some Rooms In Building No. 6 At Ul. Saperska 1 In Olsztyn In Accordance With: 1.1. Design Documentation,1.2. Technical And Executive Design, 1.3. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), 1.4. Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To The Swz, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Generally Applicable Provisions Of Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, Hereinafter Referred To As Works.2. Quality Standards Relating To All Essential Features Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Documents Listed In Section 1 Subsections 1.1 And 1.2 And In Related Provisions. In The Case Of Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Taking Into Account The Purpose For Which This Solution Is To Be Served. Any Proper Names Given In The Descriptions Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 16, 99 And 103 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Expectations Regarding The Properties Of The Item, I.E. Qualitative, Functional And Technological Properties Of The Ordering Party.3.
