The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Called Reconstruction Of The District Road 1863K (Ul. Główna, Plac Św. Macieja, Ul. Mostowa) From Km 0+008.55 To Km 1+858.10 In The Town Of Bielany, Kęty Commune, Oświęcim County. Scope Of Road Reconstruction: Reconstruction Of The Road, Elevated Intersection, Shoulders, Exits, Reconstruction Of Culverts, Renovation Of The Bus Bay, Connections Of Exits, Construction Of A Sidewalk, Raised Pedestrian Crossings, Construction Of A Storm Sewage System, Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings, Ongoing Maintenance Of The Bridge. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: A) Design Documentation, B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, C) Bills Of Quantities, D) Designed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of To Report The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To:• Conduct Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of Works;• Ensure, At Their Own Expense, The Management Of The Construction And Works By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Works In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order;• Preparation And Approval Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, Implementation Of Signage, Its Ongoing Maintenance And Removal After The Completion Of The Works, • Carrying Out The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure Safe Access And Removal Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Order. Access To The Properties Located At Ul. Główna, St. Square Macieja And Ul. Mostowa In Bielany Or To Which Access Takes Place Via This Road And Ensure Continuity Of Utility Supplies.;• Securing The Construction Site, Marking The Place Of Works, Protecting Against Access Of Unauthorized Persons To The Construction Site And Materials Stored There At Their Own Expense, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations;• Notifying The Operators Of All Installation Networks, In Particular Electric, Gas, Water And Sewage, Telecommunications, And Electrical Networks, The Infrastructure Of Which Is Located In The Area Of The Construction Site And Its Impact;• Ensuring, At His Own Expense And Responsibility, Respectively: Storage, Transport, Disposal: Materials From Demolitions, Dismantling, Felling And Waste;• Ensuring Supervision Of Property On The Work Site At His Own Expense.
