The Ordering Party Is Implementing The Order With Co-Financing From The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected Member States Of The European Union In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The European Union As Part Of The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program Entitled: Gniezno In A Climate! A Royal City Prepared For Climate Change, Safe, Green, Accessible For Residents Action 1 Adaptation Of The City To Climate Change: Increasing Biodiversity And Strengthening The Social And Educational Function Of The City Park In Gniezno. Specific Objective: Environmental And Climate Protection. Thematic Area: Nature Protection And Biological Diversity. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works). 4. Local Visition The Ordering Party Requires An On-Site Inspection Before Submitting The Offer. The Costs Of The Inspection Are Borne By The Contractor. The Site Visit Will Take Place On April 27, 2026 At 12:00. The Ordering Party Allows An On-Site Visit At Another Date After Agreeing The Date With An Employee Of The Ordering Party. A Protocol Signed By The Parties Will Be Prepared From The On-Site Visit, Which Will Constitute Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit. Submitting An Offer Without An On-Site Visit Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.
