1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Residential Premises Wholly Owned By The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw, Administered By Zgn Wola, Tzom Młynów (8 Premises). The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Include General Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works, Which Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Specified In The Bills Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Specify The Scope Of Works Constituting The Basis For Calculation Of The Value Of The Lump-Sum Remuneration For Individual Premises. In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, It Is Recommended That The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Make A Local Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented And Obtain (At His Own Responsibility And Risk) All Information That May Be Important For The Preparation Of The Offer.
