4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of A Public Utility Building At Korzonek 87 In The Konopiska Commune. 4.2 Thermal Modernization And Waterproofing Should Include:1. Hydro And Thermal Insulation Of Foundations (Except Foundations On The Eastern Side), 2. Insulating External Walls (Except The Walls On The Eastern Façade) With Mineral Wool, 3. Replacement Of Windows And Doors, 4. Installation Of Window Grilles In The Selected Window,5. Installation Of A Ramp At The External Door On The South Side, 6. Replacing And Insulating The Roof With Sandwich Panels,7. Construction Of New Chimney Caps, 8. Plastering Chimneys,9. Execution Of New Sheet Metal Flashings,10. Installation Of A Lightning Protection System, 11. Replacement Of Gutters And Downspouts, 12. Replacing Roofs Over Entrances, 13. Modernization Of Central Heating Installations And Domestic Hot Water Together With A Heat Pump And Domestic Hot Water Tank. And A Heat Buffer,14. Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation Along With The Electrical Installation,15. And Other Works And Activities Necessary For The Complete And Correct Implementation Of Thermal Modernization. The Thermal Modernization Is Aimed At Improving The Technical Condition Of All External Partitions, Adapting The Insulation To The Requirements Of The Applicable Standard, Improving The Microclimate Of The Rooms And Saving Thermal Energy Used To Heat The Rooms. 4.3 The Ordering Party Draws Attention To: 4.3.1. Within The Scope Of The Project, The Investment Envisages Replacing Windows And External Doors With Those That Meet The Requirements Of People With Special Needs. The Doors Planned For Installation Will Have The Necessary Width To Enable Trouble-Free Communication For People Requiring Special Solutions In This Area. The Door Will Be Equipped With A Threshold With A Maximum Height Of 2 Cm, With A Beveled Wedge And A Contrast Marking With A Minimum Lrv Of 30. The Upper Edge Of The Handle (In The Shape Of The Letter L Or C) Will Be No Higher Than 120 Cm Above The Floor Level. The Installed Windows Will Be Opened With One Hand Thanks To A Lever Handle, At A Height Of 85-120 Cm Above The Floor Level. 4.3.2. The Project Also Plans To Build A Ramp In Accordance With Legal Requirements, With A Minimum Movement Plane Width Of 120 Cm And A Maximum Slope Of 6%. The Ramp Will Be Equipped With Handrails Parallel To The Surface At A Height Of 75 And 90 Cm, With A Diameter Of 3.5-4.5 Cm And A Gripping Part At Least 5 Cm Away From The Wall.4.3.3.
