The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works, Including: On The Replacement And Renovation Of Existing Monk-Type Water Devices, Replacement Or Renovation Of Existing Culverts And Cleaning And Restoration Of Existing Ditches, In Order To Organize And Regulate Water Relations In The Area Of The Katowice Forest Park In Katowice As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Regulation Of Water Relations In The Area Of Mining Damage At Ul. Trzech Stawów In Katowice. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Carry Out An Inventory Of The Existing Condition In Terms Of The Drainage System Water Through Open Ditches To Individual Ponds In The Katowice Forest Park, While Maintaining The Gravitational Outflow; B) Analysis And Selection Of Water Devices Such As Monks And Culverts So As To Enable Regulation Of The Water Inflow To The Ponds And The Water Level In Individual Ponds, Taking Into Account The Size Of Water Inflows From The Catchment Area; C) Restoration Of Existing Ditches And Designing A System Of Ditches Regulating The Flow Of Water From The Investment Area, Including The Airport Area; D) Design And Selection Of Culverts To Delay The Inflow And Increase Infiltration Of Water Into The Ground While Maintaining Levels That Prevent The Formation Of Uncontrolled Floods And The Gravitational Flow Of Water Between Ditches And Ponds; E) Modernization Of The System Of Ditches And Culverts, Including: - Reconstruction Of Ditches Along With Cleaning And Profiling Of The Bottom And Slopes; - Cleaning Of Existing Culverts; - Replacement Of Existing Culverts With End Walls; - Renovation Of Existing Culverts With Walls Fronts; F) Modernization Of Existing Water Facilities, Including: - Replacement Of Existing Monks; - Renovation Of Existing Monks, Including The Replacement Of Sidings, Guides, Penstocks, Etc.; - Unblocking And Cleaning Of Existing Culverts (Beds) Located Next To The Monks; - Replacement Of Existing Culverts (Loungers) With End Walls And Outlets; - Renovation Of Existing Culverts (Loungers) With End Walls; G) Modernization Of A Section Of The Storm Sewage System Dn800mm; H) Reconstruction Of The Structure Of The Roller And Bicycle Path And The Pedestrian Path With An Asphalt Concrete Surface; I) Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk Structure With A Paving Stone Surface; J) Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk Structure With A Mineral-Resin Surface; K) Restoration Of Green Areas To The Existing State; L) Installation Of Information Boards.
