The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of District Road No. 1172F, Including The Renovation Of The Road Bridge Over The Dychowski Canal, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Execution Design - Annex No. 3 To The Swz), Detailed Technical Specifications (Annex No. 3A To The Swz).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes:• Foundations• Reinforcement• Concrete• Steel Structures• Insulation• Other Works Detailed Description In Annex No. 3 - Detailed Design With Drawings (Appendices No. 11)3. Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Must Be Performed In A Manner Consistent With The Specification Of The Terms Of Order, The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Other Generally Applicable Legal Provisions In This Area, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Standards, From The Point Of View Of The Purpose They Are To Serve.4. In Order To Complete The Task, The Contractor Is To Develop A Signage Design For The Duration Of The Works In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 784) On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Regulation, And Agree It With The Competent Authorities. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order Have Fluent Knowledge Of The Polish Language. In Case The Above Persons Will Not Have Fluent Knowledge Of The Polish Language For The Period And For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Interpreter At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Detailed Technical Specifications (Annex No. 3A To The Swz).
