The Scope Of The Task Referred To In Point 2.1 Is Carried Out Under Co-Financing From The Government Road Development Fund, Hereinafter Referred To As Rfrd.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Chapter Iv Of The Swz Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Bill Of Quantities), Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior, In Chapter Iii Of The Swz Entitled Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu.5. In The Scope Of Renovation Of The Municipal Road Ul. Stawowa No. G000133 At Km 0+000.00 To 0+066.50 And At Km 0+079.50 To 0+378.50 In The Town Of Radocza, Tomice Commune, The Contractor Will Perform The Works In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Referred To In Point 8.1 Of Opz.6. In The Scope Of Renovation Of The Municipal Road Ul. Stawowa No. G000133 At Km 0+066.50 To 0+079.50 In Radocza, Tomice Commune. The Contractor Will Perform The Works In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Referred To In Point 8.2 Of Opz.7. In Addition To The Works Referred To In The Above Bills Of Quantities, The Contractor Will Install An Information Board With Dimensions Of 180X120 Cm, On A Steel Structure, In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Cost Of The Structure, Including Foundations, As Well As The Foundation And Assembly Of The Board, Should Be Included By The Contractor In The Offer Price. The Cost Of The Information Board Is Borne By The Ordering Party.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Dividing The Order Into Parts. The Task Includes The Renovation Of One Section Of The Municipal Road Ul. Stawowa In The Town Of Radocza, Commune Tomice, Even Though In Point 2 The Employer Indicated Two Sections Of The Road In Question. The Separation Of Sections Referred To In Point 2 Was Introduced Due To The Funding Received Referred To In Point 3 And The Need To Separate The Costs Of Implementing The Task Carried Out With The Use Of Funds From The Rfrd.
