1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Vacant Residential Premises Owned By The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw, Administered By Zgn Wola M.St. Warsaw On The Premises Of Tzom Nowolipki - Nowolipki 14 M 64. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Include General Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works, Which Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Architectural And Construction Design And Resolution No. 3732/2026, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Specify The Scope Of Work Constituting The Basis For Calculating The Value Of The Lump-Sum Remuneration For Individual Premises. In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, It Is Recommended That The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Make A Local Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented And Obtain (At His Own Responsibility And Risk) All Information That May Be Important For The Preparation Of The Offer.
