The Offered Turnout Should Be Approved For Trading On The Intra-Community Market (Ce), It Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Geological And Mining Law Act Of June 9, 2011, And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of November 23, 2016. On Detailed Requirements For Running Underground Mining Plants And Applicable Standards Regarding Requirements For Narrow-Gauge Turnouts.1.3. Turnout Switches Should Be Equipped With Movable Blades With A Blade Connector. The Chamfer Of The Running Surfaces Of The Needles At The End Of The Blade Should Be 10 [Mm]. Manual Switch Control.1.4. Deviations From The Outline Of The Rail Track And Needles Should Not Exceed 2 [Mm] Over The Length Of 1 [M] Of The Straight And Curved Section Of The Turnout.1.5. Turnout Rails Should Be Made Of Steel With A Tensile Strength Of At Least Rm = 470 Mpa, With A Needle Section With A Tensile Strength Of At Least Rm = 570 Mpa And A Guide Bar Made Of Steel With A Tensile Strength Of At Least Rm = 570 Mpa.1.6. Turnout Elements Should Be Bent Or Straightened Cold On Rollers Or A Press Without Impact, The Raw Surfaces Of Steel Parts Must Not Show Cracks, Rolls, Scale, Traces Of Corrosion And Other Contamination, And Sharp Edges Should Be Blunt.1.7. Turnout Connecting Elements Such As Bolts And Screws Should Be Of Mechanical Property Class 5.8, Nuts Should Be Of At Least Mechanical Property Class 5, Secured Against Automatic Unscrewing, And The Bearing Surface Of The Nut And The Screw Head Should Adhere To The Parts Connected Throughout Their Entire Circumference.1.8. The Weld Surfaces Should Be Cleaned Of Slag, Free From Melting, Narrowing And Pores. 2. Delivery Terms.2.1. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver The Subject Of The Order Once.2.2. The Ordering Party Will Submit The Order To The Contractor By E-Mail.2.3. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Preparation Of The Ordered Delivery By Phone Or E-Mail, No Later Than One Business Day Before The Required Delivery Date.2.4.
