1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Administrative Decisions And Notifications Necessary To Implement The Adaptation Of Rooms Serving The Purposes Of The Project. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Multi-Sector Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With The Submission On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of A Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party, Of Complete Documentation In Order To Submit An Application Or Obtain A Building Permit. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That A Detailed Description Of The Construction Requirements Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
