The Subject Is The Purchase And Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning And Commissioning Of Brand New Medical Equipment In The Field Of Ophthalmology, Including: 1. Slt Type Ophthalmic Laser, 2. Ophthalmic Ultrasound Device, 3. Medical Table For Ultrasound, 4. Medical Printer Compatible With The System, Along With Staff Training And Provision Of Warranty And Service. The Offered Equipment Must Be: 1) Brand New, Unused, Not Reconditioned And Not For Exhibition, 2) Manufactured No Earlier Than In The Year Of Delivery, 3) Complete And Ready For Operation Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Incur Additional Costs. All Elements Of The Set Must Have The Ce Marking And Meet The Requirements For Medical Devices, Be Approved For Marketing And Use In The Republic Of Poland, And Have Operating Instructions In Polish. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Full Compatibility And Cooperation Of The Supplied Equipment With The Ordering Partys It Systems. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, And Free From Third-Party Rights. The Equipment Must Meet The Minimum Parameters Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex A To The Swz.
