The Subject Of The Order Is: Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Successive Deliveries Of Tires For Vehicles: Passenger Cars, Off-Road Vehicles, Delivery Vehicles, Trucks, Buses, Minibuses, Quads, Motorcycles, Agricultural And Specialized Tractors Used By 32Wog And Military Units And Institutions That Supply It, Case Number Zp/Tp/16/2026. The Scope Of The Agreement Includes The Purchase Of Tires For Vehicles Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement. The Contract Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Partial Orders Placed By The Ordering Party In Quantities And Ranges Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs. The Products Purchased Under The Contract Must Meet The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Partial Requests For Proposals Sent By The Ordering Party. The Products Must Be Brand New (Category I), Unused, Unrefurbished, Retreaded, Complete, Of The Highest Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Legal And Physical Defects, With A Manufacturers Warranty. All Delivered Products Will Meet The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Must Be Brand New (Category I), Unused And Free From Defects, Retreaded, Complete With The Highest Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality And Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Have A Manufacturers Warranty And Have Intact Features Of The Original Packaging Or The Packaging Of The Supplier Implementing The Agreement, With The Manufacturers Markings And The Catalog Number (If Any). 2.
