The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Cyber Infrastructure For The Modliborzyce Commune, Including Purchase And Implementation, I.E. Installation And Configuration, Implementation, Integration And Commissioning, Testing And Optimization Of Devices Constituting Cyber Infrastructure Increasing Resistance To Cyber Attacks. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery With Implementation And Configuration Of: 1) Switches - 24-Port Managed Network Switch - Type 2 (3 Pieces); 2) Switches - Managed Network Switch 48-Port - Type 1 (3 Pieces); 3) System For Collecting And Analyzing Logs. Detailed Information Regarding The Description, Scope And Conditions Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Set Out In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Sopz) Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Concluded Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Supplied Software Must Be New, Unused, Not Previously Activated On Another Device, Provided In The Latest Stable Version From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer, And Free From Third-Party Rights. The Delivered Software And All Its Media (If Any) Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Delivered Devices And Software Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Delivery In Question, Such As Transport And Insurance During Transport, Loading And Unloading And Any Other Additional Services Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Such As Installation, Implementation And Configuration, Commissioning, Assembly.
