The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of It And Maintenance Services For The Municipal Hospital In Miastku Sp. Z O. O., Such As Below: 1. Service And Configuration Of Lan, Wan2. Monitoring And Eliminating Software And Physical Threats To The Operation Of Networks And It Systems3. Server Service And Configuration – On An Ongoing Basis And Upon Request And After Consultation With The Client. Adb. Windows Server. Linux4. Service And Configuration Of Workstations5. Configuration Of Peripheral Devices (Printers, Scanners, Readers, Multifunction Devices)6. Helping Users Operate Office And Application System Software7. Installation And Configuration Of Antivirus Software Or Other Additional Utility Software.8. Changing The Location Of Computer Equipment And Peripheral Devices9. Supervising And Analyzing Work Related To It Services Provided To The Hospital By Employees Of External Companies. 10. Preparation Of Documentation, Letters And Correspondence With Hospital Units By Employees Of External Companies 11. Participation In The Supervision Of All Work Related To The Computerization Of The Clients Facility, Including Consultations As Part Of It Implementation Projects12. Analyzing And Reviewing Offers Of Hardware, Software And It Services In Terms Of Suitability And Application At The Clients Facility. 13. Consulting And Preparing Tender Specifications For Purchasing Procedures Regarding Computerization Of The Facility14. Participating In Meetings And Conferences Regarding The Computerization Of The Facility15. Cooperation With Hospital Departments And Units To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Facility16. Administration And Configuration Of Equipment And It Systems, Excluding The Scope Of Services Secured By Currently Signed Service Contracts, I.E. Those Under The Care And Maintenance Of Third-Party Companies17. Service And Assistance In Current Specialist Problems When The Ordering Party Provides Service Contracts For These Programs18. Possibility To Participate In Control And Granting Rights To Users Who Are Employees And Collaborators Of The Client Based On Personal Data Received From The Administrator Or Personal Data Inspector19. Compliance With Requirements And Procedures Regarding The Protection Of Personal Data20. Participation In The Role Of It Systems Administrator And Cooperation With The Inspector General For Personal Data Protection In Maintaining Information Security21. Monitoring And Management Of The Backup System 22. Physical Inspections Of Main Server Rooms, At Least Twice A Week23. In The Event Of A Critical Failure That Cannot Be Resolved Remotely, You Are Required To Arrive On Site Within 30 Minutes. 24. Ensuring The Presence Of An It Specialist In The Unit At Least 3 Times A Week For At Least 4 Hours A Day Or Longer Depending On The Amount Of Work To Be Performed.25.
