1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Trailer For Maintaining Cleanliness In The Będków Commune2. The Tractor And Trailer Must Be Brand New (Unused), Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 3. The Supplied Equipment For Cleaning And Maintaining The Będków Commune Must Be Consistent With The Technical Specification Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. If The Order Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Etc., Sources Of Origin Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Supplier, They Should Be Understood As Examples Of The Minimum Parameters Expected By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials/Devices Equivalent To Those Described In The Order Documents (Article 99, Sections 4-6 Of The Public Procurement Law). 3. All Standards, Technical Assessments And Specifications Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Technical And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101(1)(2) And (3) Of The Public Procurement Law Are Obliged To Prove Them As Exemplary, In Particular By Means Of The Evidentiary Means Referred To In Art. 104-107 Pzp, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent (Article 101, Section 5 Of The Pzp). 6. The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Warranty And Warranty Against Defects For The Period Of: Tractor And Trailer - At Least 24 Months. The Offered Warranty Period For The Tractor And Trailer Should Be Provided In The Offer Form. The Specified Warranty Period Will Be The Basis For Assessing The Offer Under The Period Of The Warranty Criterion. Under The Terms Specified In Chapter Xx Of The Swz. The Warranty Period For Defects Will Be Equal To The Period Of The Quality Guarantee Granted By The Contractor. The Terms Of The Warranty Or Warranty For Defects Are Specified In Detail In The Contract Template.
