The Subject Of The Proceedings And Order Is Delivery, Unloading, Assembly And Arrangement (Installation In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party) In The Buildings At Ul. Kopernika No. 26 And 15C In Krakow, Two Acoustic Booths With Tables And Chairs, Available For People With Special Needs, Including Wheelchair Users And Visually Impaired People, As Well As Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Use Of The Provided Booths, For The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Ignatianum University In Krakow A University Available To All, Hereinafter Also Referred To Collectively (All Assortments Constituting The Subject Of The Order) Or Individually (A Given Assortment) Furniture Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With An Indication Of The Minimum Parameters And Technical And Functional Requirements Of Individual Products, As Well As The Method Of Delivery And Its Receipt, Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Entitled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz). Detailed Deadlines, Further Provisions Regarding The Method Of Delivery And Its Receipt And Other Implementation Conditions Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu/Draft Contract). The Contractor Must Provide For The Offered Furniture Equipment The Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party (And The Equivalent Warranty Period, I.E. The Warranty Period Will End On The Expiry Of The Warranty Period - Extension Of The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Pursuant To Article 558 Of The Civil Code) Of At Least 24 Months, Counted From The Day Following The Date Of Final Acceptance.
