The Deliveries Of Laboratory Reagents And Consumables To The Contracting Authority Are Made Only On The Basis Of An Express Written Request, In Which The Specific Types And Quantities Are Indicated. Each Individual Request Of The Employer Should Be Fulfilled With A One-Time Delivery By The Contractor. The Contracting Party Is Not Obliged To Accept Or Pay For Laboratory Reagents And Consumables That Have Been Delivered Without A Request Being Made. The Price To Be Paid By The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of Each Individual Delivery Represents The Final Delivery Price Of The Goods, Excluding Vat, And Includes All Costs To The Final Recipient Multispecialty Hospital For Active Treatment - Asenovgrad Eood. Payment Is Made Within 60 (Sixty) Days After Delivery On The Basis Of An Issued Invoice And A Signed Acceptance-Transmission Form. ​​​​​​​
