Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of WASH Facilities for Three schools in Thi Qar Governorate. Tender reference number: ITB-2026-0005. 1-Online Submission (Email): All quotations must be submitted before April 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM (Iraqi time) via email to: procurement.committee@ir-iraq.org 2-Hardcopy Submission: All quotations must be submitted before April 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM (Iraqi time) in a sealed envelope and delivered to the following address: IRW - Iraq, Erbil Office, Ekhlas Empire Building, 100 Meter Street, 2nd Floor, Apartment 8, Near Arjan Hotel, Erbil, Iraq. Important Notes/Eligibility Requirements: The vendor must present their profile (CV) or copies of similar works (signed and stamped). Copy of valid registration with local government stamp. Copy of valid tax clearance documents. Proof of financial stability, such as financial turnover for the last three years and a bank statement to confirm liquidity and cash flow capacity Only one bid will be received from each company, and in the case of a second re-announcement, a new bid will not be accepted from the same company. Offers transmitted in any other manner or offers received after the deadline will not be considered. All bids will be opened by the Islamic Relief Worldwide Iraq Procurement Committee, and all bidders will be notified of the results. All bids must be in IQD; any bid using another currency will not be accepted.
