The Hom Interferometer Is Used To Evaluate The Indistinguishability Of A Single Photon Light Source, Which Serves As The Foundation Of Quantum Technologies Including Quantum Communications And Quantum Computing. This Measurement Is Based On Two-Photon Interference. The Hom Unit Is An Add-On Unit To Be Used With The Excitation Source And Collection Optics Of The Existing Time-Resolved Photoluminescent Microscope (Picoquant Microtime200) Located At Msb-022 Of The Bernal Institute, University Of Limerick (Ul)
