Savonlinna City Procurement Services Requests An Offer For Funeral Services For Deceased Persons Under The Responsibility Of The Municipality (Deceased) For The Contract Period 01.08.2026 - 07.31.2029 + As An Option An Indefinite Contract. The Contract Continues Indefinitely With A Mutual Notice Period From 01.08.2029, Unless Savonlinna City Procurement Services Does Not Terminate The Contract Until The End Of The Contract Period. If The Contract Is Terminated, It Will Be Done In Writing No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. If The Contract Continues To Be Valid Indefinitely, The Procurement Contract Will Be Applied During The Contract Period Under The Previous Conditions, In Accordance With Those In Force At The End Of The Contract Period. When Submitting A Bid And Signing The Procurement Contract, The Contract Supplier Undertakes For His Part That The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely, If Savonlinna City Procurement Services So Wishes. The Notice Period For A Contract Valid For The Time Being Is Six (6) Months If The Service Provider Terminates The Contract, And Three (3) Months If Savonlinna City Procurement Services Terminates The Contract. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Drawn Up In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Service Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities. This Is A Service Procurement Below The National Threshold Value.
