The Object Of The Procurement Is The Forest Management Works Of The Municipality Of Iiti In Accordance With This Procurement Notice, The Tender Request And Their Attachments. The Forest Management Works/Solicited Offers Are Divided Into Three Different Categories: 1. Forest Management (Early Pruning, Nursery Care, Early Clearing) Optional Work: 2. Establishment Of A Nursery (Potting, Planting And Seedlings), Option Work 3. Other Occasional Services (E.G. Harvesting Of Windfalls, Small-Scale Logging), Option Work Option Work (Category 2. And 3.) The Municipality Can Manage Itself Or Use Other Suppliers, Such As When Setting Up A Nursery, The Buyer Of A Stamp. Offering Option Work Is Not Mandatory. Option Works Do Not Affect The Reference Price. The Comparison Price Is The Total Price Of The 1St Category; This Comparison Price Is Used As The Selection Basis. It Is A Framework Arrangement. 1 To 4 Suppliers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement, Unless There Are Fewer Acceptable Bidders. The Provisions Concerning The Framework Arrangement Of The Procurement Act Apply To Procurements Exceeding The Eu Threshold Value. This Framework Arrangement Applies To National Procurement, And The Provisions Of The Procurement Act Concerning The Framework Arrangement Apply To This National Framework Arrangement, Adapted To The Rules/Conditions Appearing In The Procurement Documents (Including The Contract). The Rules/Conditions Of The Framework Arrangement Are Attached To The Request For Tender. The Framework Arrangement Is A Procurement Contract (Framework Agreement) With The Supplier/Selected For The Framework Arrangement. Iiti Municipality Owns About 1800 Hectares Of Forest. The Municipalitys Forests Are Managed In Accordance With The Forest Plan, Following The Guidelines Of Iitis Forest Strategy, Which Reconciles The Economic, Climatic, Nature And Recreational Goals Of Forest Management. According To The Forest Plan, There Are 169.3 Ha Of Forestry Land In The Built-Up Area And 1,658.6 Ha Elsewhere. The Forest Assets May Decrease Or Increase During The Contract Period And The Forest Classification May Change. The Development Class Distribution Of The Municipalitys Forests Is Good, And The Soils Of The Forests Are Mainly Nutritious Or Medium-Nutrient Fabrics. The Municipality Of Iiti Has A Forest Plan For The Years 2025 – 2034. Forestry Works In The Plan Are On Average As Follows: - Early Nursery Care 20 Ha / Year - Nursery Care 20 Ha / Year - Pre-Clearing For Felling 40 Ha / Year - Tillage, Spot Rotting 10 Ha / Year - Tillage, Spotting 3 Ha / Year - Tillage, Navero Rotting 2 Ha / Yr- Spruce Plantation 5 Ha / Yr- Birch Plantation 5 Ha / Yr- Pine Plantation 5 Ha / Viit Municipality, As The Customer, Does Not Commit To Minimum Amounts Covering The Entire Contract Period Or Annual Period. The Work Volumes Of The Forest Plan May Be Smaller Or Larger Than Presented In This Request For Tender. The Invoicing Is Based On The Actual Work Done On The Basis Of The Order: A Breakdown Of The Work Done Must Be Given When Invoicing. The Contract Period Is Two Years From 2026 To 2028. The Contract Comes Into Force Upon Signing The Contract. The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Period Is June 1, 2026. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract With Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods (1 + 1). The Subscriber Makes Separate Decisions About The Use Of Options No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period And Any Option Period. The Framework Providers Consent Is Also Required To Implement The Option; Consent Is Supplier-Specific, The Option Can Be Used For Those Suppliers Who Have Given Their Consent.
