Duct Cleaning - Various Sites . Tenders Are Invited For The Supply Of Materials, Labour, And Equipment Necessary To Clean Ducting And Associated Equipment At Listed Facilities In Saanich School District No. 63 (Sd63) During July And August 2026. The Contractor Shall Be A Certified Member Of The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (Nadca) Or Shall Maintain Membership In A Nationally Recognized Non-Profit Industry Organization Dedicated To The Cleaning Of Hvac Systems. The Mandatory Site Visits Start Promptly At 9:00 A.M., May 27, 2026. Please Allow Sufficient Time In Your Schedule To Be In Attendance At All The Locations If You Intend To Bid On All The Sites. Attendance At Each Site Visit Shall Be Confirmed Through A Mandatory Site Sign-In Process, Which Will Serve As The Official Record Of Attendance. Bids Will Only Be Accepted For Those Schools Where The Bidder Has Attended The Site Visit. Contracts Will Be Awarded On A Location-By-Location Basis
