Title Of The Task: Construction Of A Garage For A School Bus. The Subject Of The Task Is: Construction Of A Garage For A School Bus In The Design And Build Formula Based On The Functional And Utility Program Along With Obtaining The Necessary Permits. Scope Of Work In Accordance With The Attached Documentation. The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Work For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Tender Documentation, Pfu And In Consultation With The Ordering Party. Additionally, The Scope Of Work Includes:1. Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Construction Law.2. Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Administrative Decisions And All Arrangements Described In The Procedure Documentation, Pfu, And Required By Law.3. Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared And Approved Construction Design Prepared By The Contractor, And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including In Particular: A) Preparation Of An Inspection Report - 2 Copies, Which Consists Of: B) Certificates For Materials And Prefabricated Elements, C) Work Acceptance Protocols. D) Required Documents Regarding The Tests And Inspections Carried Out By The Contractor,4. Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Works Performed Throughout The Entire Construction Period.5. Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits Resulting From Legal Regulations Enabling The Operation Of The Facility, Equipment And Installations, Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And Handing Over The Facility For Use To The Ordering Party. Work Execution Technology: Construction Works Related To The Investment Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Law Regulations, Legal Provisions Regarding Technical Requirements, Protection Of The Natural Environment, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Principles And Technical Knowledge. All Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Be In Accordance With Applicable Standards. Moreover, Each Material Used Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, Failure To Agree On The Above Will Result In Replacement With An Appropriate One, The Cost Of Replacement Being Fully Borne By The Contractor. If The Contractor Does Not Comply With The Order, The Ordering Party Will Commission The Above Activities To Be Performed By A Third Party And Will Deduct The Costs Incurred By The Contractor From The Contractors Remuneration, And If This Amount Turns Out To Be Insufficient, It Will Be Refunded On General Terms. If The Documentation Or Ffu Contains Indications Of A Specific Manufacturer/Names Of Producers And Products, They Should Be Read As Examples And Only Serve To Specify The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials, Solutions, Technologies And Standards Equivalent To Technical, Construction And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Technical Sp
