The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Air Conditioning System For The Air Conditioning Systems Of The Hotel Part In The Building Of The Sports And Entertainment Hall In Toruń At Ul. Bema 73 -89.1.1. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Installation Of 2 Chilled Water Units (Approx. 110 Kw Each) On The Roof 2) Installation Of A Two-Circuit Heat Exchanger In The Technical Room 3) Construction Of The Piping System: • Copper Pipes (Hard Solder) Between The Units And The Exchanger • Steel Pipes (Welded) For The Remaining Installation 4) Pipeline Insulation (Rubber Foam + Protective Jacket) 5) Installation Of Fittings (Control Valves With Actuators) 6) Construction Of A Substructure For The Units On The Roof 7) Connection Of The Installation To The Existing Air Conditioning System 8) Integration Of Control With The Bms System 9) Installation Of Electrical Power Supply And Security 10) Labeling Of The Installation (Flow Directions) 11) Tests, Flushing Of The Installation And Commissioning Of The System I.2. The Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Opz - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Technical Documentation (Own Preparations) Components Of The Design Documentation And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Contract) And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Construction Practice, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Will Familiarize Himself With The All Location, Terrain And Implementation Conditions Of The Construction Site And Will Take Them Into Account In The Lump Sum Remuneration.
