1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Road Infrastructure In The Scope Of Hardening The Road Surface And Drainage In The Scope Of: 1) Earthworks, Channeling And Embankments With The Removal Of Excavated Material To The Landfill, 2) Construction Of A Crushed Stone Foundation Exclusively From Unsorted Crushed Aggregates Made Of Volcanic Igneous Rocks, 3) Laying The Road Surface With Asphalt Concrete 4) Execution Storm Drains With Connection To Sewage Wells5) Adjustment Of Existing Technical Infrastructure Devices In The Road To The Level Of The Road Surface, 6) Construction Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Stone7) Tidying Up The Area After Modernization Works, Including Topsoil And Grassing Of Adjacent Green Areas,8) Surveying Services Including: As-Built Measurement Works (Lists Containing Calculations Of All Completed Works In Terms Of Area And Length), Preparation Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory With Submission To The Geodetic Center And Updating Road Books In The Scope Of Completed Works.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities. The Basic Definitions Regarding The Set Of Technical Procedures And The Substantive Scope Of Works Indicated In The Bills Of Quantities Were Determined In Accordance With The Applicable, Relevant Polish Standards And With The Definitions Given In The Detailed Technical Specifications And General Technical Specifications.3. The Scope Of Work Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Indicated In The Field By The Supervision Inspector To The Authorized Representative Of The Contractor.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed On The Basis Of: Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
