1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Dirt Roads In The Sierakowice Commune With An Area Of 950,000 M2 (Expected 500,000 M2) Including Delivery And Installation Of Material By Grading, Profiling, Rolling And Filling The Surface With Aggregates Of Various Grain Sizes Without Changing The Construction Parameters Of The Surface. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed On The Basis Of A Written Or Telephone Order. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Type Of Work, The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed, The Date Of Completion Of The Work And Their Scope. The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Performing The Ordered Works Immediately After Receiving The Notification, But No Later Than The Date Indicated In The Offer Constituting The Evaluation Criterion From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order. The Completion Of The Works Will Be Documented In The Form Of A Quantity Survey Signed By The Contractors Representative, The Employers Representative. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With This Tor And Applicable Law.
