The Forest Road Designed For Reconstruction Has A Crown Width Of 4.90 M With A Roof Slope Of The Road Of 3.5% And A One-Sided Slope Of The Shoulders Of 8%. The Assumed Width Of The Road Is 3.5 M And The Roadside Is 2 X 0.7 M. The Road Has A Surface Made Of Crushed Natural Aggregate. The Surface Of The Exit From National Road No. 82 - Concrete Cubes. The Section Of The Forest Road Planned For Construction, Including The Exit, Has A Total Length Of 700 Meters. The Beginning Of The Works Route Km 0+000.00 Is Located On The Edge Of The National Road, While The End Of The Route Km 0+700.00 Is Located In Section No. 165 In The Marynki Forestry. Annex No. 1 To This Application Is A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E.: Operators Of Machines Used In The Field Of Mechanical Grading And Road Profiling, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended).
