1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Consumption Points According To Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Supply Of Gaseous Fuel With A Distribution Service To The Ordering Partys Facilities, Fuel Demand Amounting To 756,214 Kwh (Basic Order).2. Gas Fuel Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Transfer And Reception Points Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, To The Gas Network Of The System Operator.3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gas Fuel By Up To +/- 10% In Relation To The Amount Of Gas Fuel Indicated In Section 4.1. The Increase Will Be Based On The Option Law. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Using The Above By The Ordering Party Are Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Section 3 And 4. Information About The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.4. 4. The Ordering Party Is An Authorized Entity In Accordance With Art. 62B Section 1 Point 2 Letter D) The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law To Be Used In The Settlement Of Rates In The Tariff. A Tariff Is A Set Of Prices And Fee Rates As Well As The Conditions Of Their Application, Developed By An Energy Company And Introduced As Binding For Specified Recipients In The Manner Specified In The Act. Settlements For The Purchase Of Gas Fuel And Distribution Services Will Be Based On The Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office (President Of The Energy Regulatory Office). The Prices Of Gas Fuels And Subscription Fee Rates Set Out In The Tariff Are Maximum Prices And Fee Rates.
