1. The Device Must Be Able To Simulate Welding Using The Mig/Mag, Mma, Tig Methods With Or Without Additional Material And The Ability To Simulate Gas Cutting Using A Torch2. The Simulator Is Based On Virtual Reality (Vr)3 Technology. The Simulator Is Equipped With Vr Goggles With A Display Enabling A Preview Of The Welding Space And Displaying An Image Of A Virtual Welding Station4. The Welding Goggles Are Equipped With A Positioning System That Is Resistant To Changes In Lighting Conditions5. Real-Time Positioning Of The Mask In Vr Is Consistent With The Position Of The Mask In Reality (High Positioning Precision Resulting In A Feeling Of The Reality Of The Welding Process)6. Vr Goggles Are Equipped With Headphones And A Speaker In The Monitor Or Computer7. The Image Seen In The Mask Is Simultaneously Displayed On The External Screen8. The Station Is Equipped With A Touchscreen Tv/Monitor On A Tripod Or Support9. The Simulator Is To Be Able To Connect Another Independent Monitor Or Projector10. The Simulator Station Is Equipped With Mig/Mag, Mma, Tig Welding Torches (Plus Additional Material) And A Gas Burner Enabling Connection To The Device11. The Mma Welding Torch Has A Moving Electrode Imitating Its Wear During The Welding Process12. Simulation Of The Gas Cutting Process Is To Include: - Selection Of Flammable Gas - Providing Visual Guidance To Guide The Torch (Positioning, Angle, Distance And Speed) - Displaying On-Screen Feedback On Cutting Analysis - Selecting The Appropriate Torch Fuse And Flammable Gas Pressure As Safety Elements - Torch Ignition Sequence In Accordance With Safety Requirements And Making The User Aware Of The Importance Of Observing The Type Of Flame In The Cutting Process13. The Simulator Is To Be Able To Introduce Changes In The Scope Of Welding Parameters, I.E. Voltage Values, Welding Wire Feed Speed, Gas Flow Speed And The Ability To Select The Diameter And Type Of Wire - This Applies To Simulations Using The Mig/Mag Method (Parameters Consistent With Wps)14. The Simulator Is To Be Able To Make Changes To The Welding Parameters, I.E. Current Value, Voltage Polarization And The Ability To Select The Diameter And Type Of Electrode - This Applies To Mma Welding Simulation (Parameters Consistent With Wps)15. The Simulator Is To Be Able To Make Changes To The Welding Parameters, I.E.: Voltage Value, Polarization, Gas Flow Speed And The Ability To Select The Diameter And Type Of Additional Material - This Applies To Tig Welding Simulations (Parameters Consistent With Wps)16. The Simulator Will Be Able To Select The Types Of Welded Materials, Including Non-Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, And Aluminum17. The Simulator Will Be Able To Select Different Gas Shields - Depending On The Welding Method Used In Accordance With Wps18. The Simulator Is To Have A Minimum Of 6 Welding Samples (Physical Along With Their Virtual Representation On The Simulator) Enabling The Production Of Various Welded Joints19. The Simulator Is To Have V
