The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Investor Supervision Over The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of Kindergarten No. 366 At Ul. Hawaiskiej 7 In Warsaw For The Needs Of The Community Self-Help Center. General Information The Investment Area Includes Plots No. 9/1, 9/2 And Part Of Plot No. 9/3, Located Within 1-10-18 In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City. Warsaw, At Ul. Hawaiskiej 7. The Area In Question Includes A Complex Of Educational Buildings Built In The 1980S, Including Primary School No. 310 (Not Included In The Subject Of The Order) And Kindergarten No. 366, Connected To The School Complex By A Connecting Road. The Buildings Were Constructed Using The Sbo Ursynów Północny Prefabricated Frame System Technology And Consist Of Several Volumes Of Different Heights. In One Of The Structures, On The Ground Floor Of The Kindergarten Building, A Change Of Use And Reconstruction Of Rooms For The Needs Of The Community Self-Help Home Type A Are Planned. The Investment Area Is Not Covered By The Local Development Plan. The Plots Remain Under The Control Of The Capital City Office. From The Rebuilt Part Of The Building There Is A Direct Exit To The Sidewalk Leading Towards The Gate, As Well As To The Terrace Adjacent To This Part Of The Facility. In Front Of The Kindergarten Building There Is A Childrens Playground, Which, During The Reconstruction, Should Be Separated From The Part Used By The Community Self-Help Home With A Light Construction Fence, Limiting Direct Contact Between Children And The Users Of The Community Self-Help Home Being Built. Description Of The Existing Condition Characteristics Of The Building Kindergarten Building No. 366 Is A Detached, Two-Story Building Without A Basement, Built On Foundations. It Was Made In Mixed Technology: Traditional Brick And Prefabricated, Based On A Catalog Of Large-Block Elements. The Supporting Structure Consists Of Prefabricated System Elements, While The Curtain Walls Are Made Of Aerated Concrete Blocks. The Ventilated Ceiling Is Made Of Prefabricated Elements And Insulated With Cellulose Material. The External Walls Of The Above-Ground Floors Are Made Of 24 Cm Thick Aerated Concrete, While The Foundation Walls Are Made Of Concrete, With Styrofoam Insulation. The Window Joinery Is Made Of Pvc Profiles, While The Door Joinery Is Mixed - Aluminum And Pvc. The Ceilings Were Made Of Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Spiroll Panels, And The Inter-Story Ceilings Were Made Of Prefabricated Reinf
